最近有人詢問我高壓氧治療對於自閉症患者行為改善是否有幫助？以下提供兩項研究給大家參考：
在2009年有一項小規模的雙盲研究，給自閉症孩童在1.3大氣壓，24％氧氣的濃度四十個小時的治療，研究人員觀察在治療之後，實驗組的行為有明顯的改善：

不過由自閉症及相關疾病協會（Center for Autism and Related Disorder)以同樣條件作同樣的研究卻未發現同樣的結果，也就是高壓氧無法無法改善自閉症：

因此，高壓氧治療對於自閉症患者的改善目前仍無定論，是否有療效還是看個案本人反應狀況，以上資料謹提供給需要的人作參考。
